Compliance

Compliant social media for addiction treatment centers.

We build brand awareness for treatment centers inside the rules. Addiction treatment is one of the most regulated industries to market. Every rule below is built into how we work, not left to a checklist at the end.

EKRA and patient brokering

The Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act makes it a federal crime to pay or receive anything of value for patient referrals to treatment facilities, recovery homes or labs. Many states have their own patient brokering laws. We charge only flat monthly fees for our work, never per lead, call or admission. Read our EKRA guide.

HIPAA and a Business Associate Agreement

We sign a BAA with every center. The workflow is designed so we never need patient information: it stays out of captions, forms, messages and reports, and sensitive files live only in your secure folder.

42 CFR Part 2

Substance use disorder records carry extra federal protection. We never confirm that anyone is or was a patient, and we never feature people currently in treatment.

Releases before anyone appears

Staff, alumni and family members appear only after signing a written release, collected on their phone in about two minutes. If someone withdraws, everything with them in it comes down within 24 hours.

No outcome claims

No cures, guarantees, success rates or “best.” Every fact in every post comes from a fact sheet you've confirmed in writing. Testimonials carry “Individual experiences vary.”

Organic content only

We create and publish organic social media. We don't buy ads or run paid campaigns, so working with us doesn't require LegitScript certification or ad approvals.

Crisis messages

Your admissions team owns every DM and comment. We set an auto-reply that points people to your admissions line and to 988, and mental-health posts include the 988 crisis line.

Two levels of human review

A trained specialist checks every post against our compliance checklist. Alumni stories, clinical topics and anything about insurance or cost get a second senior review. When in doubt, the post is pulled.
