FIRSTCALL SOCIAL LLC (“FirstCall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal place of business at 5030 Champion Blvd, G11-121, Boca Raton, FL 33496, operates the website located at firstcallsocial.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we collect through the Site, how we use and share that information, the choices available to you, and our security practices. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information You Provide: When you submit forms on the Site (including sample-week requests, client intake forms, or calendar downloads), we collect the information you enter, such as your name, your organization’s or center’s name, website URL, city and state, work email address, phone number (if provided), levels of care, logo, photos, and other business contact details you choose to supply.
  • Automatically Collected Information: Our hosting provider and service providers collect standard technical and usage data, including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of visits. We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel (described below), to collect this information.
  • We do not intentionally collect Protected Health Information (PHI) or any information about patients, diagnoses, treatment, or individuals’ health status. Please do not submit any such information through the Site or by email. Our services for clients are governed by separate agreements that expressly prohibit the transmission of PHI.

2. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and the Meta Pixel

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how visitors interact with it, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, analyze traffic, and improve our services.

This includes the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel collects information about your visits to the Site, including pages viewed, actions taken, custom events, IP address, browser and device data, and referring URLs, and transmits this information to Meta. Meta may use this data to measure the effectiveness of advertising, enable retargeting of advertisements to visitors of the Site, and build audiences of users with similar characteristics. If you are logged into Facebook or Instagram, Meta may associate this activity with your account. Meta acts as an independent controller of the data it receives via the Pixel for its own purposes under Meta’s privacy policy.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. We may implement a cookie consent banner or similar mechanism for non-essential cookies. By continuing to use the Site, you consent to our use of these technologies as described. For more information about Meta’s data practices, please review Meta’s Privacy Policy at facebook.com/privacy. We honor applicable opt-out preference signals where required by law.

3. Phone Numbers, Calls, Texts, AI-Generated Voices, and Recording

If you provide a telephone number on a form and affirmatively check the optional consent box (which is not required to receive a sample week or to purchase services), we may contact you by phone or text message regarding your inquiry or our services. Such contacts may use automated technology, including AI-generated or prerecorded voices. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to any text message or instruct us to stop at any time to opt out of further texts or calls.

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. At the beginning of any recorded call, we will provide a disclosure that the call may be recorded, consistent with all-party consent requirements under Florida law and other applicable state laws. We do not use AI-generated voices or automated technology for unsolicited cold outreach without prior express written consent.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request (including preparing sample content based on publicly available information from your website);
  • Communicate with you about our services, including follow-up communications to which you have consented;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
  • Analyze usage trends and measure the effectiveness of our marketing;
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights; and
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. Sharing of information with Meta via the Pixel for advertising measurement and retargeting may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state laws; you may opt out as described in Section 7.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

  • With service providers that assist us in operating the Site and our business (such as website hosting providers, email service providers, customer relationship management platforms, and analytics tools), subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
  • With Meta Platforms, Inc. via the Meta Pixel as described in Section 2;
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of FirstCall, our clients, or others; and
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the successor will be bound by this Policy or an equivalent policy.

We do not share information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your consent.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, respond to your requests, maintain legitimate business records, and comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including use of secure hosting, multi-factor authentication where appropriate, and limited access. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach involving personal information, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by the Florida Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing communications, by emailing support@firstcallsocial.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or targeted advertising). To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising via the Meta Pixel, you may use the opt-out mechanisms described in Meta’s privacy tools or contact us. We collect primarily business-to-business contact information; comprehensive state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act generally have limited application to such data at our current scale, but we honor reasonable requests.

You may also manage cookies through your browser settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Users

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Clients

Our performance of services for treatment centers, mental health providers, and other clients is governed by a separate Master Client Service Agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement. Those agreements, not this website Privacy Policy, control the handling of any information in connection with client services. By design, no Protected Health Information is expected or requested.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
