Protect your ad spend and build your brand.
Your ads bring families to your landing page. Before they call, most look you up: Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. If your feeds look dead, the click you paid for loses trust. FirstCall builds brand awareness and a real digital footprint, so every ad, referral and cold call lands on a brand that looks alive. We don't run ads; we make them work better.
What a family does in the two minutes after your ad
You paid for the click. What they find when they look you up decides whether they trust you enough to call.
They search, scared
Often late at night, on a phone, for a son, a spouse or themselves. Your ad shows up and they tap it.
They land and skim
The ad takes them to your landing page. It looks good. Every landing page does. It doesn't tell them if anyone is actually there this week.
They look you up
They search your name on Google, tap the Instagram icon in your footer, or open Facebook or TikTok. This is the gut check: is this place real, open and safe?
They call, or go back
A current feed with real faces backs up what your ad said. A feed that stopped in March raises doubts, and back in search the next ad is waiting.
A stale feed says things your ad never would
- “Are they still open?” The last post is a holiday graphic from last year.
- “Who would take care of him?” No staff, only stock photos and quotes.
- “Is this even the same place?” The bio has an old phone number or a program you no longer run.
- “Will anyone pick up?” If nobody posts, families wonder whether anybody answers.
A feed that looks like someone's there today
- Posts from this week, every week, from 5 to 20+ a week depending on your plan.
- Your real staff, rooms and grounds, with signed releases on file for anyone on camera.
- Plain answers to the questions families ask admissions first: how long, what it costs, what happens when they call.
- The same phone number, levels of care and license wording as your ads and website, all from a fact sheet you confirm.
You don't need a big following. You need a recent one.
Most treatment centers don't have tens of thousands of followers, and they don't need them for this. Someone who just clicked your ad isn't comparing follower counts. They're checking dates, faces and whether the details match.
A small account with a post from yesterday reads as open. A big account that went quiet in spring reads as closed. That's why we focus on keeping your feed current and accurate every single week, built from your own facts, staff and city, rather than chasing a number. For the long version, read You're paying for clicks. Then families check your Instagram.
Are you building a brand while you help people?
Most owners spend their days helping people, and their teams do too. The brand is the thing everyone means to get to. We build it for you. Ads rent attention for as long as you pay. A brand is what families remember when they look you up, and it keeps building whether or not the ads are running.
We create the ideas
Every week's plan starts from your facts, staff, city and the questions your admissions team hears most. You don't have to think of what to post.
We write and design it
Captions, carousels, short videos and Stories in one consistent look and voice, so a family sees the same center on every channel.
We post it everywhere
Instagram and Facebook on every plan, plus Stories, Google Business Profile, TikTok and YouTube as your plan grows. One active presence, omni-channel.
Your team keeps helping people. We build the brand that supports your ad spend and revenue work, without adding to anyone's week. You review a preview each Friday; that's about it.
Founded by a treatment center owner.
FirstCall is founder-led. Founded by a treatment center owner, our team has watched families decide from the other end of the phone, and has seen what they check before they dial.
That's where this system was built and tested. We know the late-night search, the scroll through a center's photos, the questions admissions hears on the first call, and the rules about what a treatment center can and can't say. Your feed is built by people who understand both sides of that call.
What we do, and what we don't
We do
- Create the ideas, then write, design, check and publish your organic posts, Stories and videos every week.
- Add a local search angle to every caption: your city, neighborhood or region.
- Check every post for privacy and compliance before it goes live.
- Send you a preview each Friday and a one-page monthly report: reach, views, followers, profile visits, website clicks, and what we're doing next.
We don't
- Run, build or manage your ads, or touch your ad budget.
- Charge per lead, call or admission. You pay one flat monthly fee for the work.
- Promise calls, admissions or census. No honest agency can.
- Answer your DMs or comments. Your admissions team owns every conversation.
The two-minute ad check
Do what a family does. It takes two minutes and you'll know where you stand.
Search like a parent
On your phone, search the way families do: “detox near me” or “rehab in” your city. Find your own ad or listing and tap it.
Look yourself up
Search your center's name on Google, then open your Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Note the date of the last post on each, and whether you see a single staff face.
Ask the honest question
If this were your family, would this feed make you more likely to call, or less? Does the phone number match the ad?
If the answer worries you, see how we take it off your plate, or how often a center should post in our example week.
Ad spend and brand: FAQ
Do you run our Google or Meta ads?
No. FirstCall is organic social media only. We don't build, run, manage or optimize ads, and we never touch your ad budget. Whoever runs your ads keeps doing that. We keep the pages people look up after the click current, so what they find backs up your ad.
Will a current feed get us more calls or admissions?
We can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. Too many things affect whether a family calls. What we can do is make sure that when someone looks you up, they find this week's posts, your real staff and rooms, and an accurate phone number, instead of a feed that stopped months ago.
We only have a few hundred followers. Does that matter?
Not for this. A family checking you out after an ad click isn't counting followers. They're looking at dates, faces and whether the details match your ad. A small account with posts from this week reads as open. A big account that went quiet in spring doesn't.
Our ads go to our landing page, not Instagram. Why does our feed matter?
That's how most paid ads work, and it's exactly why. The ad brings a family to your landing page. Before they call, many search your center's name, and the results often show your Instagram, Facebook and Google profile next to your website. Your footer probably links to your social accounts too. Those pages get checked whether or not the ad points to them.
What does ‘build your brand while you help people’ mean?
Owners and their teams spend their days helping people, so the brand gets whatever time is left. We take the brand side off your plate. We come up with the ideas, write, design and post the content every week, so your center has an active, consistent presence everywhere families look, supporting the ad spend and revenue work you already have going.
Which of our social pages matters most after an ad click?
Whichever ones show up when a family searches your center's name. For many centers that's the Google profile, Facebook and Instagram, side by side with the website. Each one should have a post from this week, the same phone number and levels of care as your ad, and real photos of your staff and rooms. Our Facebook guide for treatment centers covers what that page should show.
Does organic posting need LegitScript certification?
No. LegitScript certification is for running addiction treatment ads on platforms like Google and Meta. Posting organically on your own accounts doesn't require it, which is why we can publish for centers whether or not they advertise.
Does your fee go up if we spend more on ads?
No. You pay one flat monthly fee for the work: Essentials $997, Core $1,997, Premium $2,997 or Elite $4,997. It never changes with your ad budget, and it's never tied to leads, calls or admissions.
